[Bug 1291067] [NEW] please add mongo support again

Public bug reported:

The ubuntu version of this package ships without mongodb support

mongo now appears to be in trusty so it would be possible to enable the
compile of the rsyslog-mongo package

I did complete testing of rsyslog + mongodb + loganalyzer in Debian
wheezy-backports and it all worked (using 7.4.4-1 with a couple of
patches cherry picked from upstream)

The latest 7.4.8-1 in sid today now has the same patches from upstream
to work reliably with mongodb

** Affects: rsyslog (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
