  ubiquity gui not functional after ubuntu-bug

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  after  executing  ubuntu-bug the ubiquity X windows desktop
  became unfunctional, mouse  had not effect, could not   close/move
  windows

  only way to navigate was with  ALT + Tab
  had root terminal window active so was able
  to send this bug report by starting another ubuntu-bug

  hopefully screen shot will be attached showing what is
  displayed but you  cannot perform any gui operations
  on the desktop, kmenu, nothing works
  except  ALT + Tab
