[Bug 1292421] [NEW] some, not all, pakage in apt could not be downloaded since a proxy is active and Apport do not work

Public bug reported:

the company has added a Proxy. Since I use them, some apt downloads ends
with "Undetermined Error" and Apport is not any more able to connect to
server.

I use Ubuntu in a VirtualBox Machine.
