[Bug 1292431] [NEW] record package versions

Public bug reported:

At least when using --log-file, autopkgtest should record the version of
the package that was tested, and the versions of all installed packages.
The latter could use something like

  dpkg-query --show -f '${Package}\t${Version}\n'

which is easier to machine parse than trying to grab the versions out of
the log file.

** Affects: autopkgtest (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Wishlist
     Assignee: Martin Pitt (pitti)
         Status: In Progress
