Public bug reported:
Whenever an update that needs a restart happens, a windows pops up saying this:
The computer needs to restart to finish installing updates. This has three options: 1) Settings 2) 2) Restart later and 3) Restart Now...
If the "restart later" option is selected, this dialog box pops up back
in around 10 minutes- the user has no control over this timing.
Rather than this, the "restart later" should have a different option
like "Remind me in xx minutes" and the timer should be user-defined.
