I see two ways of fixing this. One is to tell libdebian-installer to
recognize it as a "armhf/generic". This will let the existing base-
installer match it, and fall through to the code that recognizes lpae.
Another option is to teach base-installer about generic-lpae, and
fallthrough to the same code.
