Public bug reported:

would be nice if I could query currently available frameworks for
creating a click chroot.

I don't have a real preference on how the interface should look like,

maybe

click list-frameworks [prefix]
click list-frameworks --stable [prefix]


e.g. click list-framework ubuntu-
e.g. click list-framework
