[Bug 1294889] Re: Sync ndiswrapper 1.59-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Note: The "Recommend ndiswrapper-dkms in Ubuntu builds as well" was made
because it previously was a Suggests in Ubuntu, because the Ubuntu
kernels included a prebuilt ndiswrapper module. This module was
apparently removed some time ago, so installing the ndiswrapper-utils
should now pull in ndiswrapper-dkms, as people won't have modules
otherwise.

Title:
  Sync ndiswrapper 1.59-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in “ndiswrapper” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Please sync ndiswrapper 1.59-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  There are no real new features, or really new code, but it fixes one
  important bug WRT modprobe.d handling (there's one on launchpad as well,
  I forgot to include it in the changelog), and adds support for Kernel
  3.14 by dropping some preempt_* abuse and not using the net_srandom()
  macro anymore. Fairly simple stuff.

  Changelog entries since current trusty version 1.59-1:

  ndiswrapper (1.59-2) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Only support modprobe.d (Closes: #724890)
    * debian/control: Set Standards-Version to 3.9.5
    * Recommend ndiswrapper-dkms in Ubuntu builds as well
    * kernel-3.14.patch: Add support for kernel 3.14
