I prefer the libdebian-installer approach, as base-installer already has
another perfectly good way to detect lpae so we don't need a separate
subarch for it.

Bug description:
  The Calxeda ECX-2000 system is reported by archdetect to be armhf
  /generic-lpae. base-installer is unable to find a kernel that matches
  this combination.
