This bug was fixed in the package libdebian-installer - 0.88ubuntu4

  * Report the Calxeda ECX-2000 as generic-lpae, not generic, to match
    base-installer which already has a different way to detect LPAE (thanks,
    dann frazier; LP: #1293832).

Bug description:
  The Calxeda ECX-2000 system is reported by archdetect to be armhf
  /generic-lpae. base-installer is unable to find a kernel that matches
  this combination.
