Not that I know of.  As far as I know that option just sets up ecryptfs
on your /home directory.  If it is also setting up swap like that, then
that is a bug in the installer: it should be using a LUKS header.

  Invalid

Bug description:
  Was going to shrink partition and gparted shows swap as not
  recognized. Opened gnome-system-monitor and swap is not showing. This
  is a new build, fresh installl, of Xubuntu 14.04 beta 1
