This is because you've installed a cinnamon package with a version
number greater than the one that exists in trusty.

cinnamon 2.0.14-20131203040025-saucy 0

Subsequently, the release upgrade would downgrade cinnamon (and probably
some dependencies) and this ends up failing.  You'll need to switch back
to the saucy version of cinnamon and related packages for the release
upgrade to work.
