It appears you have a severe hardware problem with your disk drive.  It
may be a bad cable so I would suggest you try to replace that first.

  crushed after choosing the time zone, displaying an error message
  which read something had been wrong either on the installation CD or
  on the chosen HDD, but after controlling both them, they resulted both
  OK.
