Everything except qscintilla2 now landed in proposed. Qscintilla2 needs
someone with upload rights to upload a rebuild.

  Triaged

Bug description:
  I would like to upload new bugfix releases of python-qt4 and pyqt5,
  which require new release of sip4 (4.15.5), which requires rebuilding
  all the reverse dependencies for the new api version.

  I tested everything in this ppa:
  https://launchpad.net/~mitya57/+archive/test1/+packages.

  All packages built, except ball, which never built this cycle anyway
  (see https://bugs.debian.org/720681).

  sip4 and python-qt4 can be synced from experimental, pyqt5 should be
  merged (merge also prepared in PPA).
