Title:
  grub2 didn't set supported video mode with nvidia card

Status in “grub2” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  i has choose one of supported vbe mode, set it to default grub2
  configuration, after update configs and reboot ifnd that video mode
  didn't set and grub use text mode. so when open grub2.cfg and go to os
  config find that option "gfxmode $linux_gfx_mode", so after comment
  that line and save file, after reboot find that grub2 set mode
  correctly same as in configuration file! So has some prblem with
  $linux_gfx_mode. My card is: Vendor: pci 0x10de  Device: pci 0x0873
