Title:
Take into account the debotstrapped environment

Status in “resolvconf” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
When installing resolvconf inside the debotstrapped system it will
create /etc/resolv.conf.d/original with the DNS servers available on
the host system. This will add the unwanted DNS servers to the
  debostrapped system.

Resolution: don't inherit the DNS servers from the host system when
installing resolvconf inside the debostrapped chroot.
