Yes, sorry, I've removed kubuntu-desktop along with some unneeded
packages like plymouth theme. I`ll try to recreate it myself. I have
dpkg selections dump taken some time before upgrading, attaching it.
Maybe it's ubuntu-sdk's fault.

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I've upgraded from Kubuntu 13.10 to 14.04 using do-release-upgrade -d
  And it installed some GNOME components and other packages that are not of Kubuntu and wasn't anywhere near installed before upgrading. Additionally, that GNOME components broke my keyboard layout settings.
