  Mythbuntu 14.04 installer crashed

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Crashed when installing Mythbuntu 12.04 from a USB drive. Installed to
  /dev/sda1, a single ext4 partition on a 30 GB SSD. I had already
  formatted it as ext4, so I didn't choose "Format this partition"
  before installing.
