the xorg-edgers-ppa.  This will prevent the upgrade as that PPA contains
different versions of packages essential to Ubuntu.  The page,

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Me aparece una pantallita con el siguiente texto:
  Ha ocurrido un problema mientras se calculaba la actualización.

   Eso pudo ser causado por:
   * Actualizar a una versión de Ubuntu aún no publicada
   * Estar ejecutando la versión actual, aún no publicada, de Ubuntu
   * Paquetes no oficiales de software no proporcionados por Ubuntu

  Si nada de esto aplica, informe de este error usando la orden «ubuntu-
  bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core» en una terminal.

  Le doy a aceptar y me restaura la configuración original. No puede
  instalar los nuevos canales de software.
