[Bug 1315066] [NEW] Ubuntu doesn't upgrade from 13.10 to 14.04

It's been almost 10 days since 14.04 released and I don't have the chance to upgrade yet.
I changed the sources, the mirrors and nothing happened.
I will upgrade manually.
BTW, two friends had the same problem with 4 PCs.
