  Request: show downloadrate

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  The new update-manager in Ubuntu 14.04 does not give any feedback
  about the updating process.

  It would be very helpfull to have at least something like the
  downloadrate showing in the main window, to show that the updating
  process is working.

  Right now it is not possible to see whether the update is working or
  not.
