Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Merge from Debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - use dh-autoreconf.

Debian has merged Ubuntu changes.

Changelog entries since current utopic version 0.14-5ubuntu1:

libdaemon (0.14-6) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Use dh-autoreconf to update the autotools generated files in order to
    build on new ports like ppc64el. (Closes: #745787)
