I found the culprit.
A test return of @armagedon:/etc/init.d# samba-tool testparm --parameter-name="server role" give

After a apt-get install --reinstall libwbclient0 samba as ending
install.

  I did an upgrade from 12.04.1 to 14.04 and I deleted all traces of
  samba 3.x before a new installation

  I need to install samba, but I have this error:
