[Bug 1315946] [NEW] Kernel 3.13.0-24 and Fglrx

Public bug reported:

When ya Install fglrx while running kernel 3.13.0-24 ull get a black screen or the screen will No respond when ya turn your computer
what i mean by not respond it dont work the screen and dont send any info to the screen and monitor says that it needs to be connected which it is
Fglrx is a Graphics accelerator which speeds gaming up pretty nicely (for AMD graphics chips and cards)
Ive installed Fglrx and fglrx-updates both seems to do the same thing
