Bug description:
  Hi,

  i try to upgrade since yesterday (03.05.20014) - i get an error, because the release-upgrader displayed "An unresolvable problem occured while calculating the upgrade. [...]".
  If i use the Webbrowser i found a loop at  http://en.archive.ubuntu.com/ and  http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/, if you go in to the subdirectory ubuntu.
