[Bug 1317203] [NEW] When run against packages with arch-dep targets and not building arch:all, dh_sphinxdoc explodes

As can be seen here http://paste.ubuntu.com/7411452/ if running
dh_sphinxdoc for a non-arch-all build against a package with arch-dep
binaries, dh_sphinxdoc throws an error.

There's a commit in Debian SVN that fixes this.
