Bug description:
  Steps to reproduceː

  1. Flash the latest stable image.
  2. Open the system settings and then Security & Privacy Panel
  3. Change the Diagnostics settings to 'Not Sent'
  4. Reboot the device
  5. Observe the values changed to default 'Sent'
