[Bug 1317995] [NEW] ubuntu-support-status fails when ddebs.ubuntu.com enabled in sources

ubuntu-support-status fails for me here like so:

$ ubuntu-support-status --list
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/ubuntu-support-status", line 133, in <module>
    pkg.name, support_tag)
  File "/usr/bin/ubuntu-support-status", line 49, in get_maintenance_status
    raise Exception("No date tag found")
$

Tracking this through the code, the problem is that ddebs.ubuntu.com
does not include a "Date" field in its Release file.

Would be good if ubuntu-support-status could handle this more
gracefully.
