Feedback:
As new updates was not upgradable due to the whoopsie lock, i've forced
its removal:
sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/whoopsie.prerm
sudo dpkg --remove --force-remove-reinstreq whoopsie
Then whoopsie 0.2.26 has been reinstalled witout problem; and the other
packages have been upgraded as usual.
So that problem is fixed after that tweak.
