Title:
  Should support declaring dependencies on multiple frameworks

Status in “click” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  A click package should be able to declare a dependency on multiple
  frameworks, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Click/Frameworks.

  The syntax is like a debian package dependency relation, but version
  dependencies and or dependencies are not supported. All frameworks
  must have the same base version.

  Example:
   "framework": "ubuntu-sdk-14.04-papi, ubuntu-sdk-14.04-html"
