[Bug 1320534] [NEW] sbuild fails under systemd-boot

Public bug reported:

I had to comment out from /etc/schroot/sbuild/fstab:
#tmpfs /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0

otherwise sbuild is failing for me. Is there a solution to keep
sbuild/schroot working unmodified under both systemd and upstart?

** Affects: schroot (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
