We won't mark the LTS as supported until after the first point release
of 14.04.  However, you can upgrade via 'do-release-upgrade -d'.

  I had set Notify me of new ubuntu version to For Long-term support
  versions, but ubuntu update manager is not showing up 14.04 LTS Please
  help me how do I get LTS 14.04 as a whole with out necessity of re
  downloading the iso
