Bug description:
While trying to upgrade from 13.10 to 14.04 the error message "Es
konnte nicht ermittelt werden, welche Systemaktualisierungen verfügbar
sind" appears and the upgrade process stops.

Neither I have a pre-release installed nor I try to upgrade to a pre-
release. Also there are only official packages installed.
