[Bug 1322653] [NEW] Failed to install ubuntu! Cd/Dvd or Hdd problem...

I'm trying to install ubuntu, everything goes fine, I chose clean install I'm promted to insert username location and I see the slide show while files are beeing copyied. In the middle of process I get a failed to install due to cd/dvd or hdd problem. I just replaced my hdd and still the same problem. The OS was downloaded from official website of ubuntu. Don't know where the problem is? please guys tell me what I'm doing wrong. 
P.s 
I'm sure the dvd disc isn't the problem, because I've replaced it as well with a new one
