Title:
Installer should add user's name to spell checker dictionary

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
During installation of Ubuntu I'm asked to enter my name, so the
computer knows my name. However, that information is not passed on to
the spell checker. I realise that I have a somewhat funny name (at
least it is not very common), but it would be nice if the spell
checker (in any app) didn't complain about it all the time.
The solution is conceptually simple (it might be technically hard):
just add the users real name to the list of accepted words in the
spell checker.
