Title:
Add a --dry-run option to cli

Status in Ubuntu system image (server/client/updater):
  Fix Released
Status in “system-image” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
--dry-run would return a string containing the winning candidate
upgrade path. I'm thinking about something like:

  start:[delta1:delta2...:]end

  e.g.

  20130700:20130701:20130702:20130703

  which would mean:

  - we start at 20130700
  - two deltas would be applied: 20130701 and 20130702
  - we would end at 20130703

We might also want to put this in a log file even if --dry-run wasn't
  used.
