Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears
to be a "regular" (non-security) bug.  I have unmarked it as a security
issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to
cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.

  a lot of problems after installation of taskel udsed to install
  wordpress, only problems, and a lot of people make blogs or unusefull
  internet links, you loose too much time and it is never the good/best
  solution, with phpmyadmin,mysql,and php.

  Ubuntu reacts very badly cose the database can't be updated and the
  dependances/links beteween a lot of programs /applications/scripts are
  completely broken , and every solution you take to apply is always
  wrong because it's too complicated.
