The right place for mime/type thing is url-dispatcher, which allows
handling launching various apps to handle various types of resources.

Bug description:
  I could be nice to allow click packages to register as a handler for
  some mimetypes.  This would (presumably) allow the user to open a file
  with the program from the file browser or from the command line with
  xdg-open.  (Issues about apparmor access would probably also need to
  be addressed.)
