Public bug reported:

I'm using Ubuntu 14.10 dev with dbus 1.6.18-0ubuntu6 and I'm noticing
that if dbus-daemon is started the cmdline begins with 2 /. Here is an
example how it currently looks on my system:

root at ubuntu:~# cat /proc/1633/cmdline
//bin/dbus-daemon--fork--print-pid5--print-address7--session

** Affects: dbus (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
