Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce this:

  Open up a "Terminal", then type:

  sudo ubuntu-bug software-properties-common

  After a few seconds a window opens up and it says:

  Das Problem kann nicht gemeldet werden:
  Dies ist kein offizielles Ubuntu-Paket. Bitte entfernen Sie alle Pakete von Drittanbietern und wiederholen Sie den Vorgang.
  Translation:
  (The problem can not reported:
  This is not a offical Ubuntu package. Please remove all packages from 3rd Party and retry the process.)
