Public bug reported:

After upgrading from 14.04 to 14.10, applets no longer work correctly in
Firefox. Looking at the icedtea-7-plugin package, it no longer installs
anything into the Firefox plugin directory:

$ dpkg -L icedtea-7-plugin
/.
/usr
/usr/lib
/usr/lib/jvm
/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-amd64
/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-amd64/jre
/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-amd64/jre/lib
/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-amd64/jre/lib/amd64
/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-amd64/jre/lib/amd64/IcedTeaPlugin.so
/usr/lib/mozilla
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
/usr/share
/usr/share/doc
/usr/share/doc/icedtea-7-plugin
/usr/share/doc/icedtea-7-plugin/copyright
/usr/share/icedtea-web
/usr/share/doc/icedtea-7-plugin/changelog.Debian.gz

Please revert package install location behaviour to the same as 14.04,
so that Java still functions correctly in Firefox when the plugin is
installed.
