Bug description:
  This is very similar to bug report , #1385545, yet different in that I
  do not get any error "due to poor mirror". All I get is "Could not
  calcualte updgrade" and  I have tried it several times, diasbled third
  party upgrades etc, still get this error. Thanks, ...Nina
