Setting this one to a status of invalid. We have changed our plans and
will continue to post the installation-guide, albeit with no theme, at
least for now.

  Chapter 1.5 "Getting the Newest Version of This Document" points to
  help.ubuntu.com as the place to get updated versions. However the
  installation-guide will no longer be published on help.ubuntu.com,
  Therefore this page should be deleted.
