Looking at x86. qemu-kvm contains files for SPICE qemu, as you can see:

Assuming we don't have SPICE for power yet, I am wondering if we should
have this package.

  There is no qemu-kvm for ppc64el:

  I discovered that after pick "Virtual Machine Host" in the installer I got the following error:
