You seem to be using a custom install image.  Please use the official
one.

Bug description:
  This is a fresh setup on a clean 80gb hdd...

  i noticed the installation process was complete and the update was
  automatcally run... many packages were downloaded and updated... the
  latest linux kernel header was downloaded & updated successfully

  then the cleanup routine started but suddenly the setup showed a
  failure message and i noticed an error message saying that its unable
  to install some plugin which is:

  and then the error handler stepped in... after error submission i was
  taken to the live usb session desktop... i did a restart and i'm able
  boot into the new os and successfully updated the system with all
  updates. everything seems to work fine.
