  fail to upgrade from 12.04 to 14.04 on Matrix ARM device

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Hi all,

  Below is the error message that I am getting when trying to upgrade Kubuntu from v12.04 to v14.04 from a Matrix (ARM mini-PC TBS2910).
  I suspect this is to do with the 'armel' architecture that seem to be decommissioned or it may be something specific to 'Linaro'. Absolutely not sure as I am still new with Ubuntu.
  Any advice would be grately appreciated. Thanks in advance to anybody looking into this issue.
