Title:
  xrandr --output does not tab complete right.

Status in bash-completion package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: x11-xserver-utils

  I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 with xrandr version 1.3.4. I have a single
  output (default).

  So I type this :

  $ xrandr -<tab>

  This shows possible options.

  $ xrandr --out<tab>

  becomes

  $ xrandr --output

  The problem is when I do this :

  $ xrandr --output <tab>

  I now have

  $ xrandr --output xrandr: Failed to get size of gamma for output default
  default

  (A newline is inserted between the two 'default's.)
