[Bug 1376508] [NEW] How to disable the email update notifications?

Anacron job 'cron.daily' on M1

/etc/cron.daily/update-notifier-common:
flashplugin-installer: downloading http://archive.canonical.com/pool/partner/a/adobe-flashplugin/adobe-flashplugin_11.2.202.406.orig.tar.gz
Installing from local file /tmp/tmpHYwxRg.gz
Flash Plugin installed.

I do not want to be informed about these updates at all. Just do them
silently.

Been looking everywhere and still do not know how to disable these
anacron email notifications. Any ideas?
