  ubiquity failed to upgrade

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  This might be due to missing libc from old install. There was several
  libs failed prior to this, tried to resolve via chroot, failed, and
  decided to try the upgrade option. Failed miserably. :(
