  Separate the ntlm_auth features that Wine needs into another package
  that doesn't require winbindd client.

Bug description:
  When you install wine that installs winbindd too. winbindd is then run
  as a system-wide daemon even if wine isn't used at all. That is not
  how it should be. winbindd should, by default, only be run when wine
  actually is in use.
